Essential Job Functions

This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • Greeting and assisting all service and Crown Club customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Answering and routing incoming calls efficiently
  • Taking accurate messages for advisors and ensuring timely communication
  • Assisting with service scheduling as needed
  • Directing customers to proper departments or manufacturer customer care when applicable
  • Processing payments and accurately closing work orders upon receipt of funds
  • Maintaining proper documentation and transaction accuracy
  • Supporting overall service department communication and flow

Qualifications

  • Education:
    1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • License & Certifications:
  • Experience:
    1. A minimum of one year experience preferred.
    2. Experience in RV or automotive dealership environment is preferred.
  • Abilities:
    1. Exceptional interpersonal and telephone skills
    2. Effective verbal and written communication skills
    3. Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment

    14. Ability to continuously engage in visual activities, such as use of computer, files, and reports
