Apprenticeships typically combine on-the-job training with classroom instruction, enabling apprentices to gain practical coding skills and knowledge of development tools and processes. You'll often collaborate with software engineers, testers, and project managers to learn agile development practices, participate in code reviews, and contribute to team meetings. Apprenticeships are designed to provide hands-on experience, so you'll gradually take on more complex assignments as your skills grow, helping you build a strong foundation for a future career in software development.
