Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Develop, maintain, and support enterprise applications while resolving production issues and implementing system enhancements.
  2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application, database, and integration issues to ensure system stability and operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  4. Prepare technical documentation, participate in code reviews, and support application maintenance following software development best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience

5–8 years of experience in Java application development, SQL programming, web services, application maintenance, production support, and enterprise software development.
