Whether you've led teams, managed complex operations, built systems, or solved critical problems in service, we're looking for talented individuals ready to bring that same rigor and impact to Apple. Description
SkillBridge fellowships are typically hosted in these functional areas:
Data Science & Analytics - Fellowships involve translating raw data into actionable business insights through analysis, experimentation, and visualization. Ideal candidates have experience with data analysis, statistical modeling, A/B testing, or business intelligence.
Software Engineering, Automation and Quality - Fellowships focus on writing code, building automated solutions, and ensuring systems are reliable and production-ready. Ideal candidates have software development experience, QA expertise, or automation engineering backgrounds with proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, or Swift.
Hardware Engineering and Systems - Fellowships will focus on designing, building, and troubleshooting physical and technical systems that power Apple's products. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in hardware engineering, systems engineering, manufacturing engineering, or infrastructure management with hands-on experience in factory readiness, OEM collaboration, or device fleet management.
Operations & Supply Chain - Fellowships focus on optimizing processes, managing logistics, and delivering measurable results across Apple's supply chain and operations. Ideal candidates have experience in procurement, vendor management, inventory systems, manufacturing, or fulfillment operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and/or relevant experience related to the functional area of interest
Current Active Duty Service members with a minimum of 4 months available for a fellowship and command approval
Preferred Qualifications
Program and project management for complex initiatives
Process design, documentation, audits, and governance
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Clear communication and presentation skills
Comfort operating in ambiguity with strong ownership and follow-through
