Job description

This is a 30 month opportunity on the Hourly-Based IT Services (HBITS) Contract at the State of New York. (Possibility of extension).

Required Experience:

  • 60 months of experience developing Java-based, multi-tier web applications using J2EE or Spring Boot, industry-standard design patterns, and agile methodologies.
  • 48 months of experience developing Angular user interfaces, reusable components, and accessible web applications that meet ADA or WCAG requirements.
  • 48 months of experience developing and integrating REST or SOAP services, backend business services, batch jobs, and application interfaces.
  • 36 months of experience developing complex relational database queries and data-access components using SQL, DB2, Hibernate, JPA, or comparable technologies.
  • 36 months of experience using GitHub or GitLab repositories and CI/CD pipeline technologies for automated build, test, and deployment activities.
  • 24 months of experience developing or supporting applications hosted on Google Cloud Platform or another enterprise cloud platform.
  • 24 months of experience analyzing and documenting existing application designs, enhancement roadmaps, technical debt, or system functionality.
