Software Developer
Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
Role Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a strong technical background to contribute to our technology initiatives. The role involves supporting adherence to information security controls and industry best practices. The selected candidate will participate in implementing, enhancing, and maintaining the ServiceNow Security Operations application suite, focusing on software development for SecOps to support AI-driven vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow Security Operation modules.
  • Conduct peer reviews of development work.
  • Communicate with end-users regarding work items.
  • Address and fix problem statements identified by ServiceNow.
  • Perform incident reconciliation.
  • Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create or maintain custom workflows.
  • Create integrations using Integration Hub where possible.
  • Participate in regular scrum and requirement grooming sessions.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience: At least seven years of experience with processes and tools for assuring quality standards in developing, enhancing, and operationalizing application systems and databases.
Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience working with and/or configuring ServiceNow, with expertise in the Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance Modules.
  • 3+ years of development experience with JavaScript.
  • Experience with out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom workflows.
  • Experience with the integration of scanner data into ServiceNow using Integration Hub.
  • 3+ years working in an Agile environment, particularly Scrum.

Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certifications, including ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Experience in an environment with regulatory and compliance requirements for information security.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
