Front-End Developer I
Adaptive Construction Solutions
Adaptive Construction Solutions is the nation's leading apprenticeship intermediary serving the renewable energy industry. Our proprietary software platform helps some of the largest energy contractors in the country manage apprenticeship programs and comply with federal and state labor regulations. As our company continues to grow, we're expanding our software development team to build new applications and enhance the systems our clients rely on every day.
Compensation
$65,000 - $75,000 annually

Position Summary
As a Front-End Developer I, you'll work alongside experienced developers to design, build, and improve modern web applications used by both internal teams and external clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career developer looking to gain experience building production software while learning modern development practices in a growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop responsive web applications using Blazor, C# and JavaScript.
  • Build and maintain client-facing dashboards and internal business applications.
  • Create clean, user-friendly interfaces with a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers, business teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement new features.
