FlatironDragados's Intern Program provides rewarding work opportunities for students.  As an Intern with FlatironDragados Canada, you will be given the opportunity to apply your academic training and skills in a real-world setting on some of the most exciting and technically challenging construction projects in North America


  • Daily maintenance and audit of the companyโ€™s in-house CRM system; providing up to date sales and customer information
  • Daily scan and review of bid sites 
  • In depth research of core and emerging markets 
  • Coordinate and provide support in reviewing and preparing briefs for pursuits
  • Assist with preparing capture plans
  • Support with updates to the companyโ€™s sales pipeline
  • Organize and coordinate various collateral and sales materials for the BD department
  • Support and maintain the in-house sharepoint site
  • Maintain and coordinate updates to the companyโ€™s key client accounts 
  • Attend industry webinars
  • Perform all other related tasks that will help the business development team,
  • Provide active documentation assistance

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or other related discipline is an asset although not mandatory.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (French will be considered an asset). 
  • Possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments
  • Ability to work independently and be a self starter 
  • Ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven environment
  • A keen interest in infrastructure projects
  • Proficient with MS Suite of Tools including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
  • Understanding of business A.I. Tools and other design software tools including InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
