Pay Range: $30-$35/hr. on W2
Job Summary:
This role is crucial in structuring and approving complex sales transactions to maximize revenue and support the sales team. You will manage the deal approval process, ensuring compliance and efficiency for internal corporate clients. Your work will involve detailed contract analysis and strategic financial modeling.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer needs and Adobe requirements to structure innovative deals.
  • Manage the end-to-end deal approval workflow and accelerate closing timelines.
  • Draft and certify customer contracts, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to articulate deal value and gain approvals.
  • Monitor and report on deal status and key performance indicators to management.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience in a Deal Desk or Sales Finance role.
  • Expertise in drafting and analyzing sales agreements.
  • Strong understanding of software revenue recognition principles. Experience in the software and technology industry is preferred for this role.
