Software companies may offer products such as operating systems, business applications, mobile apps, or cloud-based solutions. Familiarity with languages such as Java, Python, or C++, version control systems like Git, and experience with frameworks or cloud platforms are commonly required. Problem-solving, teamwork, and effective communication are critical soft skills that help engineers excel in collaborative environments. These skills ensure the efficient design, development, and maintenance of reliable software solutions that meet business and user needs.

What are some common challenges faced when working in a software company, and how can new employees successfully navigate them?

To navigate these hurdles, it's important to proactively seek mentorship, participate in team meetings, and take advantage of onboarding resources.
