Asure's HCM offering includes Payroll & Tax, HR, and Time & Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.
How you will contribute in this role
As a Retirement Sales Executive you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and driving revenue through Asure's suite of Retirement Solutions. This hunter role will be heavily focused on pipeline development in addition to a focus of pipeline execution and management, that delivers sales results that exceed established sales targets.
Pipeline Development
Identify and develop new prospects through:
  • High volume prospecting activities.
  • Referral partner engagement.
  • Upsell programs into Asure current HCM customers Base.
  • Partnering with current HCM Sales Executives.

Pipeline Execution:
  • Provide value driven discovery sessions that uncovers prospect needs.
  • Deliver high impact presentations designed to depict and highlight the benefit of proposed Asure solutions.
  • Create value driven proposals that align to with discovery and presentation finding.
  • Establish sales timelines that supports a high velocity sales process that feeds an established client onboarding timeline that is focused on a positive client experience.

Pipeline Management
Document KPI focused sales activities in the available sales resources, that include but not limited to:
  • SalesLoft
  • Dealhub
  • SalesForce (SFDC)
  • Exceed Sales Targets (Quota)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Successful experience selling HCM and/or Retirement plan solutions required.
  • Minimum of 2 years consultative retirement sales experience required.
  • Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented problem solver.
  • Experience managing multiple sales engagements effectively.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop a sales plan that exceeds goals.
  • Pro-active, results oriented and team-oriented approach to sales.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other virtual selling tools such as GoToMeeting, Webex or other comparable tools.
  • Must have a valid U.S. Drivers License to be eligible for hire.

Compensation
The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 annually, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
