Job description

Stafford Rosenbaum LLP is looking for a full-time IT Specialist in our Milwaukee office. Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, the IT Specialist is the first point of contact for resolving end user technological issues. This position is responsible for ensuring end users can accomplish organization tasks using Stafford Rosenbaum's equipment and software programs. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving technology help requests. Problem resolution will involve using diagnostics and help requests tracking tools as well as providing hands-on help at the desktop level. This position is responsible for equipment installations and software application upgrades. This is an in-person position.
Requirements
A well-qualified candidate will be highly organized with excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. The candidate will be highly self-motivated while also able to work in a tea-oriented, collaborative environment. Must have 5+ years' experience in IT support or similar role, exposure with Microsoft O365 and Azure Environment administration. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Basic knowledge of Apple iOS. Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft) and knowledge of legal practice management applications are a plus.
