Position Overview

The Application Delivery Specialist helps empower our teams by supporting, enhancing, and expanding Dutch Bros' Legal and Real Estate platforms, with a primary focus on driving value in Lucernex.This role serves as a bridge between business needs and technical execution-helpingmakelife easier for our Real Estate and Legal teams by turning day-to-day challenges into simple, scalable system solutions.

This role partners closely with Business Systems Analysts, Project Management, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to build and support solutions that improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase the effectiveness of Real Estate and Legal technology tools. While Lucernex is the primary focus, this role is expected to grow into broader application delivery responsibilities across the Legal and Real Estate technology portfolio over time.

Essential functions include configuring business workflows, troubleshooting production issues, managing reports and data integrity, supporting testing and releases, and partnering with stakeholders on continuous platform enhancements.

Key Result Areas

Application Delivery & System Enhancement

  • Configure, enhance, andmaintainLucernex workflows, forms, notifications, business rules, and related platform functionality.

  • Build and implement scalable system solutions that support Real Estate and Legal business processes, with an emphasis on low-code / no-code platform capabilities.

  • Translate approved business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders.

  • Support the design and delivery of enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen the user experience.

  • Supportimplementation of cross-system solutions andassistwithintegration efforts between Lucernex and related business applications.

Platform Administration & Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for Lucernex and relatedLegal andReal Estate applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user requests, andmaintainingplatform health.

  • Monitor workflows, system activity, and operational processes toidentifyand resolve issues, inactive statuses, or process failures.

  • Review user access changes, terminations, and role updates for impacttosystem permissions and security.

  • Perform recurring system maintenance, data updates, and operational support activities needed tomaintaindata quality and platform reliability.

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to investigate and resolve defects, support issues, and platform-related questions.

Reporting, Data Integrity & Process Support

  • Create, update, andmaintainsystem reports andreportingoutputs to support end users and business operations.

  • Complete recurring audits, data reviews, uploads, and cleanup activities tomaintaindata accuracy and system integrity.

  • Ensure inactive or obsolete projects, records, and workflows are managed appropriately in alignment with team standards and business processes.

  • Support change management, audit preparation, and other operational controls related to system data and platform governance.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a background in business operations, legal/real estate tech, or system administration.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or enhancing business systems, enterprise applications, or operational platforms.

  • Experience translating business needs into system enhancements, reports, workflows, or platform improvements.

  • Experience building or supporting solutions in low-code/no-code platforms, workflow configuration, system administration, or automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Lucernex or comparable business application/workflow platform.

  • Familiarity with integrations, system interfaces, data movement, or connected business applications.

  • Experience supporting testing, release validation, and production support for business systems.

Location Requirement:

This role is based in the Greater Phoenix area and is expected to work in office Monday through Thursday, with optional remote work on Fridays.

Physical Requirements

  • In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions

    • Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings

  • Office Conditions: Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels

  • Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds

  • Hearing Requirements: Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.

  • Reading and Writing Proficiency: Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.

  • Vision Requirements: Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.

  • Technology Proficiency: Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.

  • Effective Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools
