Preventive Care: Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planing, to remove plaque and calculus.
Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive oral screenings, identify signs of gingivitis or oral disease, and update patient medical histories.
Diagnostic Imaging: Capture high-quality dental radiographs (X-rays) for diagnostic review by the dentist.
Patient Education: Instruct patients on proper brushing and flossing techniques, nutritional counseling, and the importance of preventive care.
Clinical Support: Apply fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and other prophylactic materials to help prevent decay.
Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous patient records and ensure full compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols.

Salary Range

Full-time $45 - $50 per hour
