Bethel Farms is a family-owned company with over 4,500 acres of turfgrass production in Florida.

Our Transportation team is hiring a CDL Driver with three (3) or more years of flatbed experience.


We will have you home daily and earning $60,000 - $80,000 annually (depending on total number of loads and stops).

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport sod pallets and rolls from farms in Fort Pierce to local customer locations. 
  • Locations will include big-box retail partners, job sites, golf courses, stadiums, and residential properties.
  • Serve as a Bethel Farms brand ambassador by demonstrating high quality standards for delivery .
  • Provide excellent customer service, professionalism, appearance, dress, and conduct.
  • Perform required pre-trip and post-trip logs and at times HOS logs if necessary.
  • Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Load and unload sod pallets and rolls using an off-loader forklift.



Requirements

  • Minimum three (3) years previous Flatbed experience. 
  • Minimum three (3) years experience with a Class-A CDL license.
  • Applicants must be a minimum of 23 years of age to qualify.
  • Valid DOT Physical Certification and passing of DOT Drug Screen.
  • The past three years of driving history is considered in most situations
  • Employment is subject to a favorable and acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
  • Drivers will work Sunday to Saturday and must be prepared to take loads any day of the week
  • Drivers must be willing and able to work seven days a week during busy season as requested 
  • Forklift / Off-loader experience is preferred
