Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.  You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Social Services Policies and Procedures.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Possession of a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Social Work within the state in which you work, if required by state/federal regulations.

  • Must have experience in Long Term Care as well as behavioral health

  • Experience working in healthcare, either social services, direct care or hospitality, is preferred.

  • Must be able to communicate in English and have the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Shift & Wage:

  • Full-Time Opportunity Available

  • Shifts Needed: 8:00a - 4:30p

  • Wage: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, Based on Experience
