Job description

  • Work as liaison and communications hub between all Agency team members
  • Partner with the Chief of Integration, Associate Director of Project Management, and Group Account Directors to onboard and plan yearly projects and workflow
  • Partner with the Group Account Director to operationalize and onboard new client business
  • Manage, prioritize, and be accountable for workflow from creative development through delivery of materials to clients and vendors
  • Negotiate and communicate with creative, account management, and production team members throughout projects
  • Create, implement, and manage detailed workflow schedules for each project
  • Manage necessary internal touch-point meetings
  • Work with the Group Creative Resource Manager to manage and plan creative resources
  • Alert the team when projects stray from established parameters, engage in contingency planning, and recommend solutions
  • Keep detailed records of each project
  • Provide insight on process improvements and resource/tool opportunities
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3+ years of project management experience
  • Fluent in full 360 campaigns and quick-turn social projects
  • Self-motivated, proactive and assertive
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized
