Overview

Overview:

The Analyst, Performance Media position uses paid media knowledge and expertise to provide actionable insights and recommendations.  You'll help to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and lead tactical execution and optimization of paid search and paid social programs.   Our team works across a diverse range of sectors on some of the largest and most dynamic clients within the agency. The ideal candidate requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, as well as creativity and an overall interest in and understanding of how consumers leverage search and social media in the decision path.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help drive day-to-day innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and lead tactical execution and optimization of digital media campaigns
  • Assist with optimizing, implementing, and analyzing paid search and social marketing activities
  • Support execution of customer, media, brand, and market research that produce unique insights and opportunities
  • Monitor and maintain campaign budgets, pacing, and bid adjustments 
  • Partner with team management in driving strategic search and social expertise within the team
  • Report on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimization
  • Facilitate the sharing of data and insights among relevant internal parties to inform future strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups
  • Timely delivery of all work 
  • Stay informed on paid search and paid social industry trends, new tools, and ad formats 
  • Successful completion of training programs and requisite certifications
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in paid search and/or paid social campaign development/management/optimization with the use of leading search platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Amazon Ads, etc.), and social media platforms (e.g. Facebook and Twitter Ads platforms, or 3rd Party API technology)
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and an ability to manage data
  • Understanding of Search PPC and digital display advertising
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel

Compensation Range: $$50,065 - $66,360, annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
