Job description

PSCI-LIA, a fast-growing 8(a), SDVOSB, and woman-owned small business, is seeking a Receptionist and Administration Support for an upcoming contract.

Position Summary

Responsible for creating engaging social media content for the Army Recovery Care Program (ARCP). The ARCP manages the recovery and complex care for wounded, ill and injured Soldiers across all Army components. This role provides comprehensive strategic communications management support services to the ARCP headquarters in Arlington, VA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop monthly editorial calendar to incorporate platform-specific content.
  • Provide updates specific to approved social media channels during high-visibility adaptive reconditioning sports events, thematic events, and additional events as they occur.
  • Use approved content updates to grow stakeholder audiences by understanding the intended audience of these tools.
  • Assess the effectiveness of social media platforms in reaching identified stakeholder groups and provide contextual analytics and recommendations for improvements where needed.
  • Support the synchronization of activities, messaging, and branding across all program components to ensure brand consistency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related field
  • 4 years of work experience
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust (NACI) clearance
  • Ability to work in-person at the ARCP Headquarters in Arlington, VA.

Required Experience

  • Ability to develop and administer social media content designed to engage users and create an interactive relationship with stakeholders.
  • Ability to collect and reviewsocial mediadata to develop more effective campaigns.
  • Thorough understanding of current social media best practices and outreach.
  • Ability to explain complex social media strategies and data in an understandable way.
  • Good understandingof government regulations that pertain to the use ofsocial mediaplatforms.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and Adobe.
