Job description

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST for the ALLIE BETH STUCKEY show
ABOUT ALLIE BETH STUCKEY
Allie Beth Stuckey is a wife and mom of three, a bestselling author, and the host of the highly engaged Relatable podcast. Through Relatable and her broader digital presence, Allie analyzes culture, news, theology, and politics from a Christian, conservative perspective offering thoughtful commentary that resonates with a growing audience of believers and cultural observers alike. She has written books including You're Not Enough (& That's Okay) and the New York Times bestseller Toxic Empathy, and regularly speaks to organizations, churches, and students about the importance of Christian engagement with today's cultural issues. Our mission is to expand the reach and impact of Allie's voice across platforms and communities while maintaining authenticity, clarity, and strategic growth.
POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a highly driven Social Media Strategist to support the digital presence and brand expansion of Allie Beth Stuckey across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands conservative media, and can anticipate what will resonate with Allie's audience.
The strategist will own daily posting, clip selection, content coordination, and platform growth strategies across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X (Twitter), and TikTok. This is a hands-on role that requires strong intuition for what performs well, a quick execution style, and a genuine alignment with Allie's mission and voice.
ABOUT YOU
You are a fast-moving, intuitive social media professional who understands how to grow platforms and communicate effectively within a conservative, faith-aligned audience. You excel at spotting strong clip moments in real time, managing multiple accounts, and posting quickly without getting bogged down by feedback or uncertainty. You're comfortable working under pressure, coordinating with editors and producers, and taking full ownership of daily content execution. You thrive in a collaborative but fast-paced environment, stay flexible with nontraditional hours, and bring a growth mindset with long-term potential to support broader brand development as the brand and company continues to expand.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Growth
  • Develop and execute a unified social media strategy emphasizing audience growth, especially on Instagram and YouTube.
  • Identify trends, topics, and angles that fit Allie's voice and connect with her target demographic.
  • Proactively pitch new content ideas, formats, and engagement strategies to grow reach across all platforms.
  • Set and track growth goals (e.g., 1M IG followers & 1M YouTube subscribers by 2026).

Content Oversight & Clip Selection
  • Watch and monitor Relatable recordings and other appearances to identify high-performing clips in real time.
  • Mark timecodes accurately and communicate them quickly to freelance editors.
  • Review edits and direct freelancers to ensure clips match platform needs and Allie's tone.
  • Ensure clips are posted promptly, especially during fast-moving cultural or news cycles.
  • Maintain platform-specific intuition (what performs on IG vs. YouTube vs. X vs. TikTok).
  • Manage multiple accounts and their backend settings.

Creative Production & Asset Coordination
  • Create or oversee creation of graphics for Instagram and other platforms.
  • Work with editors to secure clips from podcast episodes, interviews, speeches, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Coordinate closely with the Executive Producer to align daily posting with show themes and episode content.

Scheduling, Ads, & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Maintain a social posting calendar, including paid campaign deliverables.
  • Work with Blaze Media's sales team to ensure all sponsored or ad-related content goes out accurately and on schedule.
  • Keep a log of paid ads included in promotional packages.

Brand Ownership & Professional Growth
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content while traveling as needed.
  • Bring a growth mindset continually refining content strategy and proposing ideas that move the mission forward.
  • Contribute to long-term brand development, with potential to grow into an overall Brand Manager role.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Background in social strategy for a public figure, media personality, or fast-moving digital brand.
  • Experience in political, cultural, or conservative content spaces.
  • Experience with analytics tools and platform insights to guide growth decisions.
  • Basic understanding of managing freelancers and creative workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and growing large social media accounts (ideally 100K+; 900K+ is a plus).
  • Ability to work quickly under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X, and TikTok.
  • Experience marking timecodes, selecting clips, and collaborating with video editors.
  • Strong creative instincts: what to clip, what to post, what will perform, why it works.
  • Ability to create basic graphics or direct designers effectively.
  • Excellent communicator with a self-starting, initiative-driven work style.
  • Comfort working nontraditional hours, including evenings, depending on the news cycle.
