About Carbon Performance

Carbon Performance is a leading fitness community dedicated to providing elite-level training experiences rooted in performance, energy, and results. Our Element 6 program is designed to push limits through a blend of strength, conditioning, and functional athletic movements — all within a high-energy group setting. We’re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and community-driven coach to help launch our Atlanta location with confidence and impact.
Role Responsibilities

  • Coach dynamic Element 6 training sessions that blend strength, conditioning, and performance-based movement.
  • Deliver clear, engaging instruction while maintaining a fun, high-energy environment.
  • Ensure proper form, safety, and technique across all exercises and equipment use.
  • Modify exercises as needed to accommodate various fitness levels and physical limitations.
  • Motivate and encourage participants to reach personal performance milestones.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workout environment before, during, and after sessions.
  • Stay informed on fitness trends, training methods, and performance protocols to enhance class quality.
  • Build strong rapport with members through consistent coaching, feedback, and communication.
  • Uphold Carbon Performance standards and lead by example in professionalism and energy.
Qualifications

  • Group fitness or personal training certification preferred (or actively pursuing certification).
  • Proven experience leading strength-based, conditioning, or functional training group sessions.
  • Strong understanding of movement mechanics, coaching cues, and injury prevention.
  • Confident public speaker and motivator with excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Ability to adapt training on the fly and coach all fitness levels in one session.
  • CPR/AED & First Aid certification preferred (or willing to obtain before onboarding).
  • Social and outgoing — thrives in high-energy, community-focused environments.
  • Passion for fitness, people, and helping others grow both physically and mentally.
