Who we are:
Soccer Shots is an engaging introduction-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who have a passion for positively impacting children. Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills and character development in a fun, energetic way.
Don't know much about soccer? No problem! While it is helpful to have some knowledge of soccer, it is not essential.
Afternoon/evening part-time hours available!
Soccer Shots coaches are:
  • Excited about working with toddlers and preschool-aged children
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Able to connect with, be patient with, and motivate children
  • Energetic and creative
  • Excellent communicators

Schedule flexibility:
  • Coach classes that fit your schedule (sample work times below)
  • Schedules are consistent: you will work classes at the same time and location each week
  • Mondays through Saturdays: 9:15 am to 12:00 pm
  • Mondays through Fridays: 3:15 to 6:30 pm

We provide:
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, with additional pay for class preparation time and classes coached 20+ miles from your primary residence
  • Raises: Performance-based pay increases
  • Training: Paid training hours to learn our curriculum, developmentally appropriate coaching techniques, and best practices.
  • Flexibility: Opportunities to change availability from season to season (every ~2 months).
  • Career progression: We love to promote from within and provide staff opportunities for increased responsibility and career experience (program administration, marketing, partnerships).
  • All equipment needed to coach: just show up to class with your provided equipment bag.

Your role:
  • Making learning fun with your enthusiasm and creativity.
  • Engaging children ages 2-6.
  • Teaching groups of 8-10 kids for a 25-35 minute class.
  • Arriving to class on time and attending all scheduled classes.
  • Utilizing provided class curriculum to teach soccer.
