ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2017 and currently lead a team of two, plus myself. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a team member and also had a background in education. That experience helped shape my passion for teaching, coaching, and developing others within the insurance industry.
I’m a graduate of Missouri Southern State University, married with a baby, and our office includes two dogs, Ginger and Piper, who bring a fun and welcoming energy to the team. I’m also a certified scuba diver and have a love for jellyfish, which adds a unique touch to who I am outside of work.
I’m very active in the community as President of the Leavenworth Rotary Club, and I stay involved through local events and by sponsoring a soccer league. Building strong community connections is an important part of our agency.
Our agency offers holiday pay bonuses, fun monthly promotions, team lunches, a flexible work environment, health benefits, and licensing reimbursement. We believe in creating a workplace that is both supportive and enjoyable.
Culture is a top priority in our office. We focus on maintaining a positive, fun, and supportive team environment where everyone feels valued. I’m looking for someone who will contribute to that culture and enjoys being part of a collaborative team. If you’re someone who values a strong team atmosphere and wants to grow in a supportive environment, this could be a great fit for you.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
