COPA STC utilizes much of the world's most advanced training and assessment technology, some of which we develop ourselves, and some of which we have exclusively licensed for use throughout North America. We employ leading sports science techniques and advanced training methodologies in our quantitative assessment-based approach to the development of athletes of all ages and skill levels. About The Position:
COPA STC is looking to add outstanding Soccer Coaching Staff and we want to hear from you regarding a potential soccer coaching role at COPA STC?
Here at COPA, we are going through some revolutionary reforms that is shaping the face of talent identification and player development. Take a few minutes to click the website link and watch the video highlighting some of these amazing initiatives being driven at COPA.
We are looking to add soccer coaches to our 6-8Yrs program, the 9-11Yrs program & the +12Yrs program.
COPA would require a coach to be available a minimum of 3 training days a week in a Part-Time capacity or up to 5/6 training days a week in a Full-Availability capacity - including 1 weekend day.
COPA coaching hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 3.30pm - 8.30pm; Saturday & Sunday 8.30am onwards. With commitment to the same consistent schedule week after week.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives:
  • Deliver the COPA Score protocol daily in line with expected data collection standards.
  • Engage with aspiring athletes, youth to pro, on a daily basis.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging technology fueled environment for athletes to thrive.
  • Participate in staff development and outreach events.

Requirements:
  • Experience coaching youth soccer (minimum 2 years coaching players 8-18 years old).
  • Physical effort and exertion, which may include all exercise and sports-related movements, maintenance of equipment, lifting weights up to 45 pounds, and prolonged walking and standing.
  • Ability to learn and become comfortable with our technology, operating software, and hardware which is integral to our facility and curriculum.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills.
  • Solution orientated in difficult situations -particularly related to customer issues.
