Overview:
The Preschool Soccer Brand Ambassador represents our brand in the community by sharing the fun, educational, and character-building experience of our soccer programs. This role focuses on coaching children, engaging families, schools, and community partners through events, outreach, and social interaction to build awareness, drive enrollment, and strengthen our brand presence.
Soccer Shots is the premier soccer experience for children, using an acclaimed recreational curriculum and great coaches. Through the beautiful game, we aim to develop character, motor skills, and teamwork. Our team believes children are invaluable and our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.
What you get:
  • 30 - 35 sessions coached each week which equates to approximately 20-25 hours of coaching. Sessions take place at various locations where the key responsibilities listed below factor in. If you coach more than the session maximum, you will be compensated at an hourly rate.
  • Starting at $615/week contract
  • Mileage reimbursement up to $150/month, Health insurance contribution up to $150/month
  • 10 days PTO accrual
  • 9 observed Holidays

Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Events
• Represent the organization at community events, festivals, and family fun days with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Set up and manage interactive booths or tables to engage children and parents.
• Distribute marketing materials and collect leads via guest passes.
• Execute local marketing events, including preschool Free Fun Days and open houses.
Brand Representation
• Serve as the friendly, knowledgeable face of the brand-positively communicating our mission, values, and programming to families and our partners.
• Wear branded apparel and maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Model the company's core values of We Care, We Own It, We Are Candid, We Are Stronger Together, We Grow, We Pursue Excellence
Marketing Support
• Assist with grassroots marketing efforts, including flyer distribution and social media content
• Capture content (with proper consent) for use on social media.
Relationship Building
• Build relationships with school staff, park representatives, and community leaders to enhance brand visibility and trust.
• Encourage families to register for Soccer Shots programs by sharing program details and benefits.
Qualifications:
• Outgoing, energetic, and child-friendly personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently engage with parents, children, and community partners.
• Reliable transportation and ability to transport event materials.
• Comfortable working weekends or evenings as needed for coaching and events.
• Previous experience in marketing, promotions, youth programming, and working with children.
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs (event materials and equipment).
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working outdoors
