Job Overview:
Prosegur Security is looking for Full-Time SOC Operators in the Alpharetta area with a strong work ethic and quality customer service skills. This is a critical position meant to safeguard our clients and what they value the most.
Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Track employee time and attendance.
  • Monitor alarms and electronic security systems.
  • Track the progress of security patrols.
  • Receive calls from interior guard posts.
  • Respond to client requests.
  • Facilitate incident response efforts.
  • Initiate notification and escalation procedures
  • Document significant incidents.
  • Perform primary analysis of operational procedures.
  • Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Security Guard License
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must have 1 year of experience as a security officer.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Minimum 1 year of dispatch/SOC experience required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have good communications skills.
  • Ability to think clearly during crisis or high stress periods.
  • Must be reliable, have a positive attitude, and uphold ethical behavior.
