Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer / SOC Engineer / IT Security Operations Engineer with strong hands-on experience in vulnerability management, security operations, Azure security, and security remediation.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Rapid7 InsightVM, Microsoft Security technologies, Azure, endpoint security, patch management, PAM, PEM, and DLP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day security operations, monitoring, investigation, and remediation.

  • Manage vulnerabilities using Rapid7 InsightVM / Nexpose.

  • Identify, prioritize, track, and remediate vulnerabilities across workstations, servers, and infrastructure.

  • Support workstation and server patch management and vulnerability remediation.

  • Work with infrastructure teams to address security vulnerabilities and configuration issues.

  • Remediate findings from penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, and security audits.

  • Support Microsoft Security / Defender technologies and security monitoring.

  • Provide hands-on security support for Microsoft Azure environments.

  • Monitor and address Azure security vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.

  • Support endpoint security and security hardening initiatives.

  • Work with PAM (Privileged Access Management) and privileged account security.

  • Support PEM (Privileged Endpoint Management) and endpoint privilege controls.

  • Support DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies, monitoring, and remediation.

  • Assist with security incidents, investigations, and remediation activities.

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, application, and security teams to improve the overall security posture.

Required Skills
  • 4+ years of experience in Cyber Security, SOC, Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, or related roles.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Rapid7 InsightVM / Nexpose.

  • Experience with Microsoft Security / Defender technologies.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Security.

  • Experience with vulnerability assessment and remediation.

  • Experience with workstation and server patch management.

  • Experience remediating penetration testing and audit findings.

  • Understanding of SOC operations, SIEM, incident response, and endpoint security.

  • Knowledge of PAM, PEM, and DLP.

  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
