• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children, incorporating developmental assessments and examination of physical capabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals and address the unique needs of each client.
• Regularly reassess and document clinical signs and symptoms to assess treatment effectiveness and adjust goals and strategies as necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our advanced electronic medical record system to ensure compliance and quality of care.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, therapeutic interventions, and future challenges, fostering an informed support network.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and participate in relevant business objectives to support the overall success of the facility.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to provide integrated services to clients receiving multiple therapies.

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Virginia, issued by the Board of Physical Therapy.
• Familiarity with conducting both in-person and telehealth evaluations/treatments is essential, adapting approaches based on clinical appropriateness.
