About the Role

Alive Chiropractic and Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate, patient-centered Associate Chiropractor to join our practice in scenic The Dalles, Oregon.

We reject high-volume, assembly-line care in favor of meaningful, thorough patient visits. Our practice model gives you the time necessary to deliver comprehensive adjustments, active rehabilitation, and personalized care—all while maintaining a highly sustainable 4-day workweek.


Schedule & Practice Highlights

  • Patient-Centered Care: 60-minute initial new patient evaluations and 30-minute recare/follow-up appointments.
  • Work-Life Balance: Work only 4 days a week, giving you 3 full days every week to enjoy the Columbia River Gorge.
  • Integrative Focus: Combine manual manipulation, soft tissue therapies, and active rehabilitation to drive long-term patient outcomes.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $100,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience).
  • Sign-On / Retention Bonus:
  • $5,000 for a 1-year commitment
  • $10,000 ($5,000/year) for a 2-year commitment
  • Retirement: 401(k) with company match.
  • Paid Time Off: Paid time off (PTO) package.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform initial consultations, detailed physical exams, and health histories (60-minute sessions).
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans incorporating adjustments, passive modalities, and active rehab exercises.
  • Provide high-quality routine patient care and ongoing assessments (30-minute sessions).
  • Maintain clear, timely, and compliant Electronic Health Records (EHR) and SOAP notes.
  • Educate patients on biomechanics, wellness strategies, and functional movement.


Qualifications

  • Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Active (or eligible) unencumbered license to practice chiropractic in Oregon.
  • Proficiency in manual adjusting techniques and therapeutic rehabilitation strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong dedication to high-quality patient outcomes.
