The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled, intuitive Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about their craft and committed to delivering exceptional, results-driven treatments.

This is an ideal role for a therapist who:

Schedule:

• 1–3 weekdays + 1 weekend day (flexible)
• Opportunity to support spa parties, group bookings, and specialty events

Compensation

• Competitive hourly rate + gratuity
• Retail commission + service upgrade incentives
• Established client flow + marketing support

(Compensation based on experience and skill level)

What You’ll Do

• Deliver customized, therapeutic massage treatments (relaxation + results-focused)
• Conduct thoughtful client consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on aftercare and long-term wellness routines
• Maintain detailed SOAP notes and client records
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and professionalism
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Preferred Modalities

We value therapists with a diverse skill set. Experience in the following is a plus:

• Deep Tissue & Swedish
• Lomi Lomi
• Sports Massage
• Prenatal Massage
• Myofascial Release / Trigger Point Therapy
• Cupping / Hot Stones
• Craniosacral / Reflexology
• Lymphatic Drainage

Requirements

• Current Hawaii State Massage Therapist License
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and bodywork techniques
