SUMMARY

The Manager of Social Media & Influencer Partnerships leads the development and execution of organic digital strategies that elevate Buff City Soapโ€™s brand presence and build consumer engagement. Key responsibilities include creating, briefing, and managing all organic social media content across platforms, as well as sourcing, negotiating, and overseeing all influencer partnerships. The position also ensures consistent and positive guest experience by monitoring and responding to all social media comments and messages in alignment with brand voice and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead planning and dayโ€‘toโ€‘day management of social content across Buffโ€™s owned channels, engaging 100k+ fans on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn to drive stronger relevance, reach, and community growth.
  • Proactively source, vet, and engage paid and gifting influencers who can authentically amplify Buff City Soap and drive meaningful awareness and engagement.
  • Track and analyze influencer and campaign performance metrics to optimize content, improve partnership selection, and scale what works.
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Loyalty, and crossโ€‘functional teams to design and execute promotional campaigns that activate Buffโ€™s brand priorities across all communication channelsโ€”and measure their performance.
  • Negotiate and oversee all influencer contracts and invoicing, ensuring partnerships stay within budget and deliver strong ROI.
  • Support Franchisees with social media best practices, influencer recommendations, and other brandโ€‘building efforts that drive consistency across markets.
  • Stay on top of emerging social trends, platform changes, and category best practices to ensure Buff remains relevant and competitive across all channels.
  • Own the sourcing, curation, and production of all userโ€‘generated content to highlight authentic brand experiences and boost social credibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and brand partnership development.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and core marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make dataโ€‘driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative social and influencer campaigns.
  • Excellent project management capabilities, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet fastโ€‘paced deadlines.
