P&C Insurance Experience (Preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and optimize Snowflake data platforms and pipelines.
• Develop PySpark-based ETL/ELT solutions.
• Integrate Snowflake with AWS/Azure services.
• Implement data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance.
Qualifications:
