We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Spanish speaking Sales Development Representative to come aboard! Our SDRs will work hand in hand with Inside Sales to generate leads and build customer pipelines. This is an entry-level role with a dedicated growth path and the training to be a great technical sales professional. We are looking for self-starters with a passion for technology and people.
About our team: The importance of our team is never underestimated. We play a critical role in the growth of our organization. We work in collaboration with sales and marketing to identify target prospects and customers. Our team is responsible for lead nurturing and setting qualified discovery calls that ultimately lead to new business.
IN THIS ROLE YOU GET TO:
  • Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and key decision makers
  • Research and build new and existing accounts via adding contacts, outbound calling efforts, and sending strategic email and social campaigns
  • Perform analysis of inbound and outbound prospects' business and engage with these prospects by phone and/or email
  • Apply your effective communication skills, collaborating directly with customers, sales and cross functional teams
  • Work in a fast-pace environment, taking the initiative to get stuff done, try something new and share your findings with your team
ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
  • A passion for technology and software sales, 1-2 years of customer facing experience is preferred
  • Ability to develop strong relationships (both internal and external), and really excel at building long-lasting partnerships with prospective customers
  • A sense of urgency and ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
  • The ability to thrive in a company environment of rapid change; reacting to management initiatives; taking the "customer view"; adopting customer corporate 'perspective'; accepting change to business/personal situations
