Sr. Snowflake Administrator | About You
As a Sr. Snowflake Administrator, you are responsible for the reliability, security, scalability, and cost governance of an enterprise Snowflake data platform hosted on AWS. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in owning production platforms end to end and operating as the technical authority for Snowflake administration and governance. You are comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy, influencing architecture, standards, and roadmap decisions, and partnering closely with engineering, security, and cloud platform teams. A security-first mindset, strong operational discipline, and an ability to balance performance, cost, and governance are essential. You take pride in building data platforms that are trusted, well-governed, and built to scale.
Sr. Snowflake Administrator | Day-to-Day
  • Own and administer enterprise Snowflake environments across development, test, and production.
  • Define and enforce platform standards, including access models, naming conventions, and operating procedures.
  • Design and maintain Snowflake security and governance controls, including RBAC, data masking, access policies, audit logging, and data classification.
