Position Overview:
You will support and enhance Polaris' financial systems environment by developing and maintaining solutions primarily within OneStream. You will also contribute to data and reporting initiatives using Snowflake and Power BI. In this role, you will work closely with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable system solutions that enable accurate and timely financial insights. You will balance hands-on development with system support and continuous improvement of processes and integrations. This role offers the opportunity to broaden your expertise across financial systems, data platforms, and analytics while influencing how financial information supports decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain financial system solutions within OneStream.
  • Partner with finance and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support implementation and deployment of new functionality, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain and optimize system integrations, including data mappings and transformations.
  • Support reporting and analytics initiatives leveraging Snowflake and Power BI.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
  • Maintain accurate solution design, configuration, and support documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system performance, and implement scalable enhancements.
  • Assist in evaluating system upgrades, maintenance releases, patches, and emerging technologies.

  • Experience working with SQL in database and reporting tools such as Snowflake or Power BI.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • This position follows a hybrid work model with three days in the Medina, MN office and two days remote per week.
  • This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

The starting pay range for Minnesota is $70,000 to $85,000 per year. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
