ROC Property Managers and Top Lawn & Landscape are looking for a dependable, hard-working Property Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work in property maintenance, apartment turnovers, landscaping, and snow operations.

We are looking for someone who can handle a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and work independently when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Full apartment turns and unit renovations
  • General property maintenance and repairs
  • Preventative maintenance at residential properties
  • Emergency maintenance calls
  • Light plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, etc.
  • Lawn mowing and landscape maintenance
  • Mulching, cleanups, trimming, and outdoor projects
  • Snow plowing and salting during winter months
  • Property inspections and miscellaneous maintenance tasks

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to operate trucks, trailers, mowers, and equipment
