Tender Lawn Care is hiring Snow Shovelers to help keep sidewalks, driveways, and entrances safe during winter storms. This is an active, outdoor role where you'll make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
  • Shovel snow and clear ice from sidewalks, building entrances, and other areas.
  • Spread salt, sand, and ice melt to prevent slips and hazards.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear cold-weather gear.
  • Work on-call hours: overnight, early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Requirements:
  • Physically able to lift, push, and move snow up to 50 lbs.
  • Dependable and flexible for winter weather shifts.
  • Previous snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Own proper cold-weather clothing.
  • Valid driver's license.
