Wage: $25–$30/hr (based on experience) About Strathmore Landscape Management A leader in commercial landscaping and snow removal for over 60 years Strong, long-term relationships with loyal clients across Canada Tailored, integrated services built on proven expertise A team of 300 employees working year-round with professionalism and pride Position Summary As a Snow Removal Crew Leader , you’ll lead and support a team of 2–3 crew members during snow events. You’ll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Strathmore’s quality standards , while maintaining team morale and clear communication on-site. When a snowstorm is forecast, shifts are posted in our mobile app , and you’ll confirm your crew’s availability. Teams meet at our LaSalle office and depart together by truck to service our corporate clients across the Montreal area . At the end of each shift, the crew returns together to the departure point . It’s hands-on, outdoor work — you’ll stay active and lead by example in challenging winter conditions!
