Job description

A full-time maintenance technician position is available at an apartment community in Birmingham, MI. We are looking for candidates with great customer service skills who can complete service requests and make ready apartments. Duties to include light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, preventative maintenance, and grounds/ snow removal. Position requires on-call after-hours emergency rotation with the maintenance team and occasional assistance at sister sites—wages based on the candidate's experience and skill level for the position.
