What Will I Do?

  • Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential)
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipment
  • Prepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan)
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Generate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactions

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • 2+ years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipment is preferred & helpful, but not required
  • 1-2+ years of residential service and/or install experience is preferred
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first time
  • Ability to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
  • Work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely
  • Must be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heights
  • Service Titan software experience preferred
  • Upon job offer extension, must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and MVR
