JOB SUMMARY: Respond to on-call situations during weather incidences which require snow removal by vehicle and large equipment. Responsible for the installation of enhancement projects.
Temporary Assignment/ Seasonal Position: Assignment duration may last through April 2026
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
  • 1-3 years snow removal experience

License or Certification
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state where employed is strongly preferred
  • Commercial driver's license (for operation of vehicles over 26,000 lbs)
  • Insurable driving record

Specialized Skills
  • Knowledge of snow remove equipment and safe operation standards, including but not limited to large loading equipment, trucks, and ATVs.
  • Apply common sense understanding to carry out tasks
  • Deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
  • Ability to communicate in English preferred
  • Ability communicate effectively with team members and manager
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Strong commitment to high quality of work and customer service
  • Ability to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner

  • Shows up to work each day on time; completes all tasks within time expectations; adheres to company dress code policy; wears clean clothes to work each day; follows inclement weather policy and sick leave reporting procedures.
  • Promote and maintain safe working conditions.
