Senior Python Integration Developer – Python / AWS / SnapLogic  | Peoria, IL | 

Location: Peoria, IL – Onsite – 5 days per week

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Analyst/Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise integration solutions. The role will work with global teams to build backend integrations that move data between systems and provide real-time web-based status reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements, provide estimates, and create functional designs, prototypes, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
  • Develop and support integration solutions using AWS Lambda and Python.
  • Design and implement API and ETL-based integrations.
  • Work with business partners, project managers, architects, and global development teams to deliver solutions.
  • Drive applications through the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements through deployment and production support.
  • Troubleshoot existing applications and implement functional enhancements.
  • Learn and utilize SnapLogic for integration development.
  • Assign and coordinate development tasks with globally distributed team members.
  • Support enterprise applications serving thousands of global users.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, OR 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • Strong experience in application development, production support, and architecture.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.
  • Experience creating architecture diagrams and design documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with API and ETL integration architectures.
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based technologies.
  • Experience supporting large-scale, globally used enterprise applications.
  • Strong written/verbal communication, troubleshooting, and learning ability.
