Position: CSR/Inside Sales

Snap Tire, a leader in wholesale tire distribution based in Jonesboro, Georgia. We are currently looking to add a successful full-time inside salesperson to complement our growing team.

About the role:

As an inside sales team member, you will help Snap Tire drive sales through positive and productive interactions, both over the phone and face to face, with customers.

Relationship management: Communicate frequently with existing customers to ensure their relationship with Snap Tire remains productive and positive by evaluating needs and identifying and recommending solutions.

Outbound sales strategy: Assist in development and execution of outbound sales strategy to achieve daily sales goals

New customer development: Work with the sales manager and outside sales team to identify new customer opportunities and open new customer accounts

Order processing: Process incoming orders that are placed over the phone or online

Operations: working with operations manager, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure customer needs are met

Delivery: Customer service is the backup in the event our logistics is unable to fulfill a customer request.




Wage offering will be determined based on experience in similar roles and/or experience with the industry.

Requirements:Requirements

We are looking for an energetic person with a customer friendly and service spirit. This person needs to be comfortable in a customer facing position as they will be representing Snap Tire Inc on a daily basis with our customers. This person also needs to have a drive for sales as this can be an opportunity for personal development that leads to a career in outside sales.

The candidate must possess the following skills:

· Friendly and positive attitude

· Excellent customers service skills

· Excellent communication skills

· Proactive approach to problem solving

· Self-managing to achieve goals

· Able to transition between multiple tasks· Detail oriented

· Knowledge of computer programs and applications such as Microsoft Office

· Prior experience in sales and/or tire industry is a plus

· Prior experience in a distribution environment is a plus

· Spanish speaking is a plus
Physical Requirements:

The nature of our daily work is to deliver tires to tire shops. Although we have a dedicated logistics team; the inside sales team is ultimately responsible for customer service. In the event a customer needs a tire quickly or if we do not have enough delivery drivers... the inside sales team will be required to make a tire delivery.


· Must not be afraid of physical labor if called upon

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs· Must be able to bend, twist, lift, push, pull and squat

· Must be able to drive long distances (up to an 1.5 hours if needed)

Other Requirements:· Valid Drivers license (age 21+) and ability to work in the United States
