As a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) on our evening shift, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents. About the Role:

  • As an LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver individualized care to our patients, focusing on their unique needs and preferences.

  • You will also document patient information, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
