A Day in the Life of a Snack Bar Attendant
As a Snack Bar Attendant, you are the heart of our guest experience! You'll often be the face of Thunderzone, serving up delicious food and drinks with a positive attitude.
Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Friendly Service: Warmly greeting guests, answering menu questions, helping them choose items, and processing cash/card payments.
  • Keep Things Stocked & Fresh: Monitoring and replenishing paper goods, beverages, and snack displays to keep everything neat and organized.
  • Maintain Cleanliness: Properly disposing of trash and keeping your station sparkling clean in accordance with company standards.
  • Stock & Storage: Receiving deliveries and organizing food items and supplies in their designated areas.
  • Problem Solving: Handling customer feedback or complaints with patience, grace, and exceptional customer service.
