Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY:

Perform cashier duties, interact with customers, complete stocking, inventory and order items in a positive and courteous manner.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Obtain production from production areas or warehouse and stock shelves in Thrift Store. Duties include efficient and accurate operation of cash register and scales, perform cleaning duties of store and counter areas, complete rotation of product as needed, safely perform lifting of cases and inventory items. Resolve customer complaints courteously. Maintain a good attendance record. Communicate customer concerns to Store Coordinator. This position would normally work Thursday 2 PM- 6 PM, Friday and Saturday 11 AM- 3 PM.


MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year cashier experience.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

Cashier and customer service experience preferred.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The starting rate for this Part-time, hourly position is $18.45.

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
