  8. Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate placement of components on circuit boards.

  9. Perform machine setups and changeovers for different production runs, including loading new programs and adjusting feeders.

  10. Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  11. Troubleshoot minor machine issues, such as feeder jams or placement errors, and escalate complex problems to technicians or supervisors.

  12. Follow safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and handling of hazardous materials like solder paste.

  13. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

  14. Must able to physically lift and maneuver weights in excess of fifty pounds
  15. Must possess successful problem solving skills

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are typically Sunday - Tuesday, 6a - 6p and Wednesday 6a -12:30p.
