Pay Range: PCA $13.75 - $15.00/hour l CNA $14.50 - 16.00/hour
Job Description: Caring Hands Home Health Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers (PCA, CNA, or IHA) to provide quality care and support to clients in their homes throughout Raleigh, Durham, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers.
  • Safely support client mobility, including use of wheelchairs and other equipment.
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement.
  • Offer medication reminders (no administration).
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, errands, and meal preparation.
  • Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
  • Accurately observe and report changes in client condition to supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • At least 6 months of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility).
  • Must complete and pass a caregiver skills check before hire.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, without the use of an interpreter.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely assist with transfers and mobility.
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access for clocking in/out, schedules, and care notes.
  • Must have reliable transportation to client homes (car preferred but not required).
  • Must pass a background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry clearance (no substantiated findings of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation).
  • Must have flexible availability, including weekends.
  • Caring, patient, and dependable attitude.
