Job description:

The uBreakiFix remote technician is in charge of completing off site repairs in the Tallahassee, FL designated area. The position requires the technician to utilize a company van to travel off-site to complete phone repairs. The van is outfitted to complete repairs inside it to create a safe environment. The technician should maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during repairs. All technicians must have a smartphone in order to complete all daily tasks. Training is supplied if needed.

Serves customers off-site by diagnosing and repairing smartphones while ensuring customer satisfaction. Repair includes Apple, Samsung, and Google. This is a full-time position that requires driving off-site to complete repairs.

Full-Time: 4 to 5 day work weeks

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Complete between 1 & 10 repairs daily
  • Safely travel to customer sites and arrive within the scheduled appointment window
  • Provide quality repairs for customer smartphones in a timely manner
  • Inform customers of job status (En route, Arrived, etc.)
  • Update store app about repair details while on site
  • Travel to customer to perform repairs in the van
  • Ensure that all repairs meet or exceed uBreakiFix quality standards
  • Greet customers in a friendly manner and maintain a positive work environment
  • Arrive at location in a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Ensure that customers have an enjoyable experience by providing superior customer service and exceeding customer expectations
  • Keep track of all inventory while safeguarding all parts
  • Maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of the company vehicle

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in automotive, home or appliance repair
  • High school diploma required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience
  • Able to sit or stand for long periods of time (up to 2 hours)
  • Able to interact face-to-face with Customers in their homes

Must have:

  • Valid Drivers license
  • Clean driving record
