Job description

Job Summary (List Format):
- Position: SmartCOMM Developer (6-month contract with extension potential)
- Location: Armonk, NY (Onsite; Nearshore/offshore considered)
- Project: Support and development on legacy, on-prem Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform for critical CMS-mandated campaigns
- Start Date: Early August
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design documents, shared content, layouts, stylesets, overlays, images, and scripts for FAX, Print, and Archive output channels
- Apply content best practices and use performance metrics to achieve business goals and ensure brand/style guideline alignment
- Review test plans, incorporate feedback, and revise content as needed
- Present and communicate design and branding decisions to stakeholders
- Develop and revise claim-related documents (e.g., Insurance, Coverage, Benefits)
- Deliver finalized content to appropriate output channels
Required Skills:
- Graduate degree with 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Expertise in SmartCOMM (Advanced Template Designer/Thunderhead)
- Scripting skills; experience with Photoshop and Dreamweaver
- Experience collaborating with external vendors/agencies
- Familiarity with MS Office, HTML, SharePoint, and publishing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Open to junior candidates with baseline SmartCOMM knowledge
